Mark has been in construction and waterproofing over 40 years and is a highly skilled and experienced waterproofing expert with a passion for forensic waterproofing. Mark is a founding member of the Association of Professional Exterior Elevated Elements Inspectors. He is a distinguished waterproofing consultant offering comprehensive services to a diverse clientele including Consultants, Attorneys, Architects, Engineers, Home Owners Associations, Apartment owners, General Contractors, Property Management, Maintenance Contractors, Asset Managers, and Realtors. With expertise in system analysis, evaluation, problem-solving, scope development, installation assessment, and documentation, Mark excels in providing invaluable insights across multiple projects.
We produce professional compliant reports that are easy to read and understand and are backed by over 30 years experience of inspecting and evaluating decks and balconies.
